What to look before buying a sauna?
The location of the saunas should be chosen wisely so that there is at least 20 cm between the top and the slab, as both the control unit and the ventilation fan outlet will be located on the roof, and make sure that they are set up on a solid and horizontal surface.
Our saunas are delivered on a sheet-mounted basis so the help of our specialist is recommended for their assembly due to the retention of the guarantee.
No electrical installation is required during the installation of infrared saunas, but a three-phase connection is required for Finnish saunas.

of using a sauna
It frees our body from accumulated toxins. During the time spent in the sauna, the sweat expands strongly due to sweating, so the harmful substances can leave our body quite quickly.
What is the difference between a Finnish sauna and an Infrared sauna?
The recommended temperature at head height is around 75-90°C and is excellent for improving cardiovascular disease.
- It has an energising effect on the body, boosting metabolism and helping to eliminate toxins. When you sit in a Finnish sauna, your heart works faster, making the blood circulate better and helping to remove toxins from your body.
- It can also treat allergy problems, improve eczema skin conditions, relieve recurring inflammatory complaints and muscle aches.
It is recommended to use it up to twice a week and to wait until it has reached the right temperature.
- It operates at a much lower temperature (35-45°C), compared to a traditional Finnish sauna, which also involves a higher heart rate and therefore a greater strain on the body. So infrared saunas are really useful for those who don’t like the air too hot or have a health condition that doesn’t allow it.
- You can use it every day, immediately after switching it on, without having to wait for it to heat up.
The heart of the infrared cabin is the infrared radiator, which emits a specific wavelength of radiation that is invisible to the eye. The long-wave infrared radiation penetrates 3.5-4 cm deep into the muscle fibres, heating them from the inside out and causing sweating 3-4 times more than normal.
- In the infrared sauna, sweat is not only produced through the sweat glands, but also through the sebaceous glands, which is important because many toxic substances are not soluble in water, but only in body fats. In a normal sauna, 97% of sweat is water, whereas in an infrared sauna, 80% is water and 20% is fat, cholesterol and other fat-soluble toxic substances.
- It takes up to twice as long to burn the same amount of calories in an infrared sauna as in a Finnish sauna.
